I have idrive for Windows installed on a number of PCs and I have the continous backup feature enabled. It does not seem to work. Every time I try to retrieve a file it is not there, even though it has been on the PC for weeks.
Anyone have similar results?

In order to assist you further, we would like to have your IDrive username details. Please send the particulars to support@idrive.com. Also, we request you to send us the latest log files of IDrive for Windows application by using the 'Send Error Report' feature. You can find this option by right clicking the IDrive Tray Icon.
